Job Description:- Presales- Team Lead
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and supervise the pre-sales team.
Allocate leads and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
Ensure proper follow-up and nurturing of leads.
Coordination with Sales Team
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales executives.
Track lead conversion and provide feedback for improvement.
Customer Interaction
Address customer queries regarding projects, pricing, and availability.
Maintain a skilled and customer-focused approach.
Build robust relationships with potential clients.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead status and team performance.
Analyze data to improve lead conversion rates.
Track marketing campaign effectiveness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
