Welcome and guide patients through the hospital process.
Explain the doctor’s diagnosis and recommended treatment in simple language.
Counsel patients regarding cataract surgery, LASIK, glaucoma treatment, retina procedures, etc.
Explain surgery procedures, perks, risks, expected results, and recovery period.
Discuss treatment/surgery costs, packages, and payment options as per hospital policy.
Help patients understand pre-operative tests and preparations.
Follow up with patients who have been advised surgery or further treatment.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, billing, and operation theatre staff.
Maintain patient counselling records and follow-up information.
Answer patients’ and relatives’ questions and address their concerns professionally.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
