Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Develop and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare job offers and coordinate pre-employment screening processes.
Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
Stay updated with current recruiting trends, tools,



and best practices.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Human Resources.
3 +years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Candidate must know HINDI/KANNADA

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
