This role is for someone early in their career but already operating with strong visual taste, attention to detail, and an instinct for clean, premium aesthetics. You will not just “make creatives”—you will help shape how the brand is perceived across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Work On

Design high-quality visual assets across:
Performance marketing (Meta, Google, high-conversion creatives)
Social media (carousels, reels covers, storytelling formats)
Website and landing page sections
Contribute to packaging design systems, label layouts, and print collateral
Translate brand strategy into consistent, premium visual language
Work on end-to-end campaign rollouts—from concept to execution
Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to create conversion-driven design
Build scalable design systems for faster and more consistent output

Required Skills & Profile

2–4 years of experience, with a solid portfolio (non-negotiable)

Proficiency in:




Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Strong fundamentals in:
Typography
Layout systems
Color and spacing discipline
Clear understanding of modern D2C design language (minimal, clean, conversion-focused)
Ability to execute quick without compromising on quality or consistency

Nice to Have
Basic motion design (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
Experience with packaging or physical product design
Understanding of conversion design and ad creatives
Exposure to wellness, skincare, or lifestyle brands
