Job Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to manage and convert prospective real estate clients. The role involves handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable properties, coordinating site visits, and following up with clients through the complete sales journey until closure.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to assigned customer leads and calls professionally.
Understand the client's budget, location preference, property requirement, and investment objectives.
Suggest suitable properties/projects based on the client's requirements.
Explain project details, pricing, configurations, offers, and other relevant information.
Build a solid relationship with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
Convince and coordinate with clients for site visits and property inspections.
Take feedback after site visits and understand the client's concerns or objections.
Assist clients with negotiation, pricing discussions, and query resolution.




Coordinate with Sales Managers/Team Leaders and project teams wherever required.
Maintain proper records and timely updates of all assigned leads.
Consistently follow up with prospects and work towards converting leads into site visits and successful closures.
Support the client throughout the sales process until the final booking/closure.
