Job Description

Sembridge is hiring Customer Service Executives for the UHC (UnitedHealthcare) process. This is a US healthcare customer service voice process where you will interact with customers over phone calls and provide support regarding their healthcare-related concerns.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with queries related to healthcare plans and insurance benefits.
Help members understand claim status, eligibility, coverage, and policy details.
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and benefits.




Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.

Eligibility
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Comfortable working in US night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
