Public Relations Officer @ SINDHU BHAVAN ROAD in Engineering / Infrastructure Company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate and maintain qualified relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, authorities, and business associates.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, visits, and discussions for the CMD.

Accompany the CMD during client meetings, business visits, events, site visits, and external engagements as required.

Act as a communication bridge between the CMD Office and external/internal stakeholders.

Receive and coordinate important visitors and ensure proper hospitality and arrangements.

Follow up on commitments, discussions, and requirements arising from CMD meetings.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and execution of CMD instructions.





Support the CMD in maintaining solid professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Handle communication and coordination professionally and confidentially.

Assist in organising business meetings, events, corporate functions, and special engagements.

Maintain a professional image and ensure proper communication and etiquette while representing the CMD Office.

Identify significant follow-ups, pending matters, and stakeholder requirements and keep the CMD informed.

Handle other PR and coordination responsibilities assigned by the CMD.
