Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage daily production operations and factory workers while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise workers and allocate daily tasks.
· Monitor production, quality, and material usage.
· Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
· Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores teams.
· Maintain production records and resolve shop-floor issues.
· Ensure safety, 5S, and workplace discipline.
Requirements
· ITI/Diploma/Degree preferred.
· 3–4 years of factory/production supervision experience.
· Robust leadership and team-management skills.
· Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
