Fine Twist Global Exports is a growing business services and lead generation company serving clients in the United States. We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates to join our USA process.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential US-based business clients
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and introduce our services
Generate qualified leads and business prospects
Understand prospect requirements and identify suitable solutions
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups
Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other communication channels
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
Work closely with the sales and operations teams

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with US customers and businesses
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Confident, persuasive,



and target-oriented personality
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Willingness to work in US shifts
Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome
Prior experience in US calling, B2B sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or business development is an advantage

Preferred Candidate
Comfortable making outbound calls
Strong conversational English with a neutral or clear accent
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle rejection professionally
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and capable of working toward targets
