Job Summary:

Ashapura Softech is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the IT Industry and exposure to international markets and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proven capability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities from international markets (US/UK/Europe)
Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal technical teams for project discussions
Maintain sales pipeline and daily reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Mandatory Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in Business Development within IT Industry only




Experience working with international clients and markets is compulsory
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Robust negotiation and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
