Job Title: HR Executive – HR Operations Experience: 0.6–2Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive with 0.6–2 years of experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu, and be capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee-related activities. - Handle employee records, documentation, onboarding, and HR processes. - Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related queries. - Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines. - Work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and operational requirements. - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information. - Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and relevant documentation. - Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks. - Support audits, compliance activities,



and other HR operational requirements as needed. - Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results within the agreed timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications - 0.6–2 years of experience in HR Operations. - Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them within the given timelines. - Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other HR tools/systems. - Proactive attitude with a solid sense of ownership and accountability. - Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
