Job Summary

The Hotel Steward is responsible for providing excellent service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas, and supporting the Food & Beverage team in smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and skilled manner.
Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before service.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, cutlery, crockery, and equipment.
Refill water, condiments, napkins, and other service items as required.
Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
Assist with banquet, room service, events, and other F&B; operations when required.




Support the team during busy periods and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; hotel management qualification is an advantage.
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
