We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, manage employees, achieve organizational goals, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance.
Set team goals and track progress regularly.
Conduct team meetings and provide necessary instructions.
Handle employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
Coordinate with HR and other departments when required.
Monitor productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
Prepare and submit daily reports to management.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training,
and employee development when required.
Maintain good communication between management and employees.
Ensure deadlines and business targets are achieved.
