Job Title: HR Executive
Job Type: Full time
Work Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, explaining job roles, and coordinating interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and fulfill recruitment needs.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, and joining formalities.
Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports and databases.
Manage employee attendance and leave records.
Maintain employee files, documentation, and HR records.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Basic recruitment knowledge
