HR Intern – Recruitment

Position: HR Intern – Recruitment
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Location: Pimple Gurav, Pune

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in the recruitment and selection process. The intern will work closely with the HR team and support day-to-day recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and conduct initial telephonic screening.
Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.

Requirements




MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field (Pursuing/Completed).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection.
Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Willingness to learn and work in a recruitment-focused workplace.
