· To be overall responsible for the effective and effective functioning of the Estimation team.

· To attend Client meetings to understand the project requirement in detail.

· To study the project requirements and arrive at the BOQ for various scope of works.

· To study the tender document thoroughly and explicit all the queries prior to start

estimation working.

· To compare the arrived BOQ against the BOQ given in the Tender document by Client.

· To notify Client and conclude the correct BOQ to have clear estimation and costing.

· To work out the costing of the each and every component of the BOQ and submit to

the Client within the stipulated time frame.

· To build sufficient buffer in the preliminary costing to accommodate discounts during

commercial negotiations.





· To be well versed with Estimation software and ERP to have error free estimation and

better control on costing.

· To prepare the “Master Shopping List” of all the materials required for the project and

forward to Planning Team for further monitoring and control.

· To prepare the “Master Budget” for the project in consultation with Design, Planning,

Production and Project teams.

· To prepare and maintain the “Rate Analysis” for all materials to keep the price trend up

to date.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
