Job Title: Accountant

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to manage the daily financial operations and inventory tracking at our tiles godown.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, tracking physical versus system stock, and ensuring all financial data is perfectly organized for seamless coordination with our Chartered Accountant (CA).
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Bookkeeping & Data EntryRecord daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.Generate and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, and cash/credit vouchers.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.Stock & Inventory ManagementTrack daily stock movements including inward shipments and outward deliveries.
Update inventory software regularly to ensure system stock matches physical godown stock.Flag discrepancies in stock counts or damaged goods immediately to management.




CA Coordination & CompliancePrepare and organize monthly financial data, bills, and bank statements for the CA.Assist in compiling tax data for GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate directly with the CA to resolve queries and ensure timely filings.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or a related field.Experience: 1 to 2 years of core accounting experience.Software: Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally Prime) and MS Excel.
Core Skills: Explicit understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, GST basics, and inventory management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
