Job Description: Accessories Merchandiser – Textile Showroom

Position: Accessories Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities
Manage merchandising for fashion accessories in the textile showroom.
Identify and develop new accessories based on current fashion trends and customer preferences.
Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and vendors for current products.
Source accessories such as bags, jewellery, belts, hair accessories, footwear, scarves, and other fashion items.
Follow up on samples, orders, production, delivery, and quality.
Check product quality, design, finishing, and pricing.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain product details, SKU, pricing, and inventory records.
Coordinate with the showroom team for proper product display and availability.
Study market trends and competitor products to introduce new collections.
Coordinate with vendors on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.




Support visual merchandising and attractive presentation of accessories.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in accessories merchandising, fashion merchandising, textile retail, or a related field.
Good knowledge of fashion accessories and current trends.
Strong vendor and supplier coordination skills.
Good understanding of product sourcing, costing, and inventory.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
Experience in a textile showroom will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
