Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the organization’s financial operations, accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payment processing.
Monitor student fee collections and outstanding payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Prepare budgets and monitor expenses against approved budgets.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Review invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.
Monitor branch-wise financial transactions and reconciliation.




Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.
Monitor internal financial controls and identify areas for improvement.
Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Positive knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Experience in handling complete accounts and financial operations is preferred.
