Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of facility equipment.
Attend electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other MEP-related maintenance activities.
Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormalities.
Perform routine inspections and record equipment parameters.
Attend breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of services.
Support PPM activities as per the maintenance schedule.
Maintain daily checklists, logbooks and maintenance records.
Follow SOPs, safety procedures, LOTO and EHS requirements.
Coordinate with the engineering team and other service providers.
Basic knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing systems.
Valuable troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
