We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise workers, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and discipline on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and manpower on the shop floor.
Allocate work to workers/operators and monitor their performance.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Monitor printing, corrugation, lamination, pasting, cutting, punching and packaging activities.
Ensure product quality and minimize wastage/rejection.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Store, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
Maintain production records, reports and machine-wise production data.
Ensure proper use and handling of machines, materials and tools.
Follow company safety, housekeeping and work discipline standards.




Identify production issues and coordinate with seniors for timely resolution.
Ensure proper shift handover and smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, Corrugated Box or related manufacturing industry.
Valuable knowledge of shop-floor production and manpower handling.
Ability to manage operators and workers effectively.
Basic knowledge of production reporting and computer applications.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
