Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects through field visits, networking, and client references.
Identify and approach potential clients in industrial, commercial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project management consultants (PMCs), and decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the estimation, design, and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
