Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Manage overall estate/farm operations
Supervise Field Managers and field teams
Plan and monitor crop production activities
Manage manpower, resources, irrigation, and equipment
Ensure productivity, quality, and cost-effective operations
Maintain operational and performance reports
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field
Relevant experience in agriculture, farm, plantation, or estate management
Solid knowledge of contemporary agricultural practices
Positive leadership, team management, and communication skills
Willingness to work at the farm/estate location
