Job Title: Production / Planning Engineer

Location: Factory

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE Electrical

Job Summary:

Responsible for production planning, scheduling, and execution control to ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of electrical panels.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

Monitor panel-wise production progress

Coordinate with Design, Store, and Purchase teams for smooth workflow

Ensure material availability before starting production

Allocate manpower and work planning on shop floor

Track production vs target and report deviations

Ensure on-time completion and dispatch of panels

Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and testing schedules

Maintain production records and reports (MIS)

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production process

Required Skills:

Knowledge of electrical panel manufacturing (PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD)

Solid planning and scheduling skills

Ability to read drawings (GA, SLD, wiring)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems

Positive coordination and team handling ability

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
