Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations for the US market.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, and experience handling logistics, dispatch, customer, or sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics and dispatch operations.
Communicate with drivers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates.
Coordinate loads, schedules, and operational requirements.
Handle customer and operational queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems/documents.
Follow up on pending deliveries, operational issues, and customer requirements.
Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within deadlines.
Work closely with the team to resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
Support smooth and productive transportation operations.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or sales coordination.




Experience working with Canada logistics / transportation operations will be preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with office/business applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
