Rita Automobiles Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Floor Supervisor for our Rita Suzuki dealership located in Panchamahala, Angul.

If you have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing workshop operations in the automobile sector and leading a team of technicians, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Allocate job cards to technicians and supervise daily vehicle repairs and servicing.
Ensure on-time delivery of vehicles while maintaining high Suzuki service quality standards.
Perform pre- and post-repair quality checks on vehicles.
Coordinate closely with Service Advisors to communicate job status and technical findings.
Maintain workshop discipline, safety standards, tool inventory,



and equipment upkeep.
Guide and assist technicians with troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical issues.

Requirements
Experience: 1 to 3 years in the Automobile sector (Dealership/Workshop experience preferred).
Education: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
Solid technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and diagnostics.
Excellent team management, leadership, and time-management skills.

Schedule & Perks
Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus / Incentive plan available
Work Location: In-person (Panchamahala, Angul)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
