Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill surgical patients.
Monitor patients vital signs, neurological status, and overall clinical condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during procedures and emergency interventions.
Monitor and manage patients before and after major surgical procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and other critical-care devices.
Identify and promptly report any changes in the patient’s condition.
Follow infection prevention and control practices and maintain ICU safety standards
Assist with emergency care, resuscitation,



and other critical interventions.
Coordinate effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Educate and support patients’ relatives regarding patient care when required.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols

Qualification: B.SC Nursing Required

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in SICU

Kerala Registration Mandatory

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
