CLIENT RELATION EXECUTIVE – CLINIC

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi
Experience: 1–2 Years / Freshers with positive communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments
Explain clinic services and procedures to potential clients
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Understand client requirements and provide suitable information
Follow up with interested clients for conversions
Maintain daily call, follow-up and appointment records
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth client handling

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable Malayalam and English communication
Confident and convincing telecalling skills
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
Previous experience in clinic, healthcare, telecalling or sales is an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
