Music Director cum Recordist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Music Director cum Recordist for our in-house music studio in Patiala. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in music production, vocal recording, music arrangement, and direction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle qualified vocal recording sessions and studio operations.
Direct artists during recording and help achieve the desired vocal performance.
Create and manage music arrangements, compositions, and productions.
Handle mixing, editing, tuning, and basic mastering as required.
Work with artists, lyricists, composers, and producers to develop songs.
Ensure high-quality audio output and maintain skilled studio standards.
Manage recording sessions efficiently and meet production deadlines.
Stay updated with current Punjabi and Indian music trends.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Music Director, Music Producer,



Recordist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of DAWs, microphones, recording equipment, plugins, and studio setup.
Positive understanding of music production, arrangement, vocal recording, and sound engineering.
Experience working with Punjabi/regional music will be an advantage.
Creative mindset with good musical understanding and communication skills.
Ability to independently handle recording and production sessions.
