Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Conduct employee check-ins and collect feedback to support retention.
Assist in identifying employee concerns and coordinating resolutions with the HR team.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Support employee recognition, birthday, anniversary, and team-building activities.
Prepare basic HR reports related to recruitment, retention, and engagement.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
