Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups and collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining proper collection records.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers for payment collection and follow-up.
Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp and email for outstanding payments.
Maintain records of pending payments and collection status.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding customer outstanding balances.
Resolve basic payment-related queries and ensure timely collection.
Submit daily/weekly collection reports to management.
Travel within Nagpur and nearby areas as required.

Requirements
Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
1–3 years of experience in field collection, payment recovery, or field sales preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be comfortable with field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
