Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in FortiGate, Network, Windows/Linux Servers, AWS, IT Security, Endpoint Management and Desktop/Laptop Support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall, VPN, policies, NAT and network connectivity.
Support TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
Administer Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
Support AWS EC2, VPC, Subnets, Security Groups and IAM.
Monitor and troubleshoot IT security, antivirus, firewall and vulnerability issues.
Manage desktops, laptops, endpoint security, software and hardware issues.
Support Microsoft 365, user access, VPN and connectivity issues.
Monitor backup/restore and assist with infrastructure maintenance.
Handle IT incidents, troubleshooting and basic RCA; escalate complex issues when required.




Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with vendors/senior engineers.

Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
3–7 years of relevant IT Infrastructure experience.
Positive troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
Fortinet/AWS/Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
