Role Summary

We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to support the Pre-Sales team by understanding client RFQs and identifying the right vendors, products, and commercial options to support timely and competitive responses. The role requires solid coordination, vendor follow-up, negotiation ability, and the capability to match client requirements with the most suitable sourcing options. Basic knowledge of electrical products or components will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Review and understand client RFQs, specifications, BOQs, part numbers, and commercial requirements.
Identify suitable vendors or suppliers based on product requirement, quality, pricing, and lead time.
Source the best-matched products or materials in line with client expectations.
Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparative statements based on price, delivery timeline, technical match, warranty, and payment terms.
Negotiate with vendors for the best commercial terms, including price, lead time, and payment conditions.
Coordinate closely with the Pre-Sales team to ensure timely submission of responses to client enquiries.
Suggest alternate products or equivalent options wherever required,



after checking technical suitability.
Maintain and update a vendor database with supplier details, product categories, pricing trends, and response timelines.
Follow up with vendors for quotations, clarifications, compliance documents, and delivery commitments.
Support internal teams with required sourcing inputs during quotation preparation and proposal submission.
Track pending RFQs and ensure closure within the expected turnaround time.
Build strong relationships with current and existing vendors to improve sourcing efficiency and competitiveness.

Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
Degree or diploma related to Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Technical streams will be preferred.

Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor development, inside sales support, or pre-sales support.
Freshers with solid communication and negotiation skills may also be considered for trainee-level evaluation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
