EXIM EXECUTIVE Export & Import – Manufacturing / Metal Industry

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day Import & Export documentation.
Prepare and verify Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.
Coordinate with CHA, Customs and Freight Forwarders.
Handle import shipment clearance and follow up on shipment status.
Coordinate export shipments from documentation to dispatch.
Work on ICEGATE for relevant import/export activities.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters and CHA.
Maintain proper records of import and export documents.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Purchase, Stores, Accounts and Logistics.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely clearance/delivery.
Support RoDTEP, DGFT and other applicable export/import compliance activities.
Track pending documents, customs queries and clearance issues.
Prepare regular EXIM status reports for management.
Ensure compliance with applicable customs and foreign trade requirements.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Manufacturing / Steel / Copper / Aluminium / Metal / Engineering / Non-Ferrous Metal industries will be preferred.

Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA International Business / Logistics / Supply Chain preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
