About the Role

One World Logix is hiring a Commercial Executive to prepare and send commercial quotations to our clients. It is a easy, in-office back-office role — the company provides the rate cards, templates, and full training; you fill in the correct amounts and share the quotation with the client.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with a computer and careful with numbers. Freshers are welcome — if you can use Excel, email, and WhatsApp and pay attention to detail, we will train you on everything else.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate commercial quotations and share them with clients on time.
Prepare commercial quotations and rate sheets using company-provided rate cards and templates
Enter rates and amounts accurately into the quotation format
Share quotations with clients over email and WhatsApp
Maintain simple records of the quotations sent
Keep templates and client rate data organized and up to date
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to confirm correct pricing




Handle basic client queries on rates, with team support

What We're Looking For

Freshers welcome — we train you fully; you bring the basics and the attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge — Excel, Word, email, and WhatsApp
Accurate data entry and solid attention to detail (the numbers must be correct)
Transparent, polite written communication for sharing quotes with clients
Organized, reliable, and able to follow a set format
Comfortable with Hindi and basic English
Full training provided on rate cards, formats, and process

Good to Have

These are a plus but not required.
Any prior back-office, data-entry, or coordination experience
Comfort with Excel formatting and simple formulas
Familiarity with everyday office and email tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
