Position: Sales Executive

We are looking for someone who can confidently interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide the right fashion guidance, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and skilled approach
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products and styles
Provide fashion and styling advice based on customer preferences
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Collect customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the production team
Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are completed properly
Follow up on orders and keep customers updated
Support customer satisfaction and business growth
Maintain a professional and positive showroom environment

Candidate Profile
Smart,



confident, and well-presented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge or interest in fashion and apparel
Customer-oriented and positive attitude
Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in sales/apparel/fashion will be an advantage
Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply
