CORTEX SPINE AND PAIN CARE – Kottakkal is looking for a responsible and motivated Accountant cum Manager – Marketing to handle accounts, clinic management, administration, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts
Maintain daily accounts and financial records
Handle billing, receipts, payments, and expenses
Maintain cash and bank records
Prepare invoices and financial documents
Maintain purchase and expense records
Coordinate with the CA/accounting team when required

Management & Administration
Coordinate daily clinic operations
Manage staff attendance and schedules
Coordinate with doctors and staff
Handle administrative activities
Maintain office records and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Marketing
Manage clinic marketing activities
Handle Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other social media platforms




Plan and coordinate promotional activities
Create or coordinate social media content
Support digital and offline marketing activities
Monitor marketing performance and patient enquiries

Requirements
Any Degree
Experience in accounting, administration, management, or marketing preferred
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Solid organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Experience

1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
