Business Research & Strategy Intern

Homly Stays is building a vacation rental and short-stay marketplace. We are looking for a curious, analytical, and startup-minded intern to work closely with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and competitor research.
Analyze business models, pricing, commissions, and unit economics.
Conduct guest & host interviews and field research in Jaipur.
Identify customer pain points and market opportunities.
Support business strategy, pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions.
Prepare research reports, insights, and presentations.

Ideal Candidate:
Solid analytical and research skills.
Good with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers.
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interviews.
Interested in startups, marketplaces, and business strategy.

Location: Jaipur
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000-/month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
