Job Responsibilities
Generate new business from Team of Advisors
Identify and recruit Insurance Advisors and Business Associates.
Meet prospective customers and candidates.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
Support and develop newly recruited advisors.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Recruitment, Training.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Robust networking and follow-up skills.
Willing to travel locally when required.
