Job Description:

We are a reputed Builder & Developer specializing in redevelopment projects across Mumbai. We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and timely completion of work as per approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities including civil, finishing, and MEP works.
Ensure execution as per GFC drawings, architectural plans, and structural designs.
Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update management.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth site operations.
Ensure compliance with DCPR norms, RERA requirements, and safety standards.
Verify quality of materials and workmanship; check measurements for billing.
Assist in managing labour teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Maintain site documentation,



including DPR (Daily Progress Report), material registers, and QC checklists.
Support handover of sample flats, common amenities, and project milestones.

Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, finishing work, and redevelopment execution.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
Positive coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of RCC detailing, waterproofing, and quality standards preferred.
Understanding of local site challenges in Mumbai redevelopment projects (tenanted buildings, phased construction, etc.).

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
2–6 years of experience in residential/commercial/redevelopment projects
Experience with Mumbai-based projects (MHADA / SRA / Cess building redevelopment) preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
