Job description shall include the following responsibilities:
Overseeing the operations of multiple dental offices
Ensuring that each office is meeting revenue and profitability goals
Managing staff members in each office
Developing and implementing marketing strategies across all offices
Working with office managers to develop and implement operational strategies
Ensuring that each office is following company policies and procedures
Providing guidance and support to office managers and staff members
Conducting regular meetings with office managers to review performance and discuss issues
Developing and maintaining relationships with patients, staff members, and the corporate office
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve operations and profitability.

Skills:




Robust financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
Knowledge of dental industry regulations and policies
Ability to manage and lead staff members effectively
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
Emotional intelligence and the ability to manage one's emotions and understand the emotions of others

Qualification:
BDS + MHA

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
