Telecalling Executive – IDM Smart Tech

IDM Smart Tech – Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our growing team in Shamshabad, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of telecalling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently communicate with potential customers and follow up on leads.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Explain our digital marketing services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Build positive relationships with potential customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversions.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience.




Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional approach.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates with digital marketing or sales experience are preferred.
