Hiring: Accounts Executive / Senior Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities for a customs clearance and logistics business.

Location: Marol, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years
Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding preferred
Qualification: Graduate

Interview: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sales invoices and credit notes
Handle accounting entries and cost booking
Manage customer settlements
Process bank and vendor payments
Perform customer, vendor, and bank reconciliations
Prepare MIS and ageing reports
Handle TDS refund processes
Coordinate with the accounts team for daily accounting activities




Manage email correspondence and customer coordination

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in freight forwarding/logistics is preferred
Hands-on experience in invoicing, accounting entries, settlements, payments, and reconciliations
Valuable communication and email correspondence skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
