Healthcare Marketing Executive – Scan Diagnostic Center

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Healthcare Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our premium scan and diagnostic center. In this role, you will be the face of our center, building and maintaining strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients to increase patient referrals. The ideal candidate has solid communication skills, a proven track record in medical sales, and a deep understanding of the local healthcare network.

Duties & Responsibilities
Generate patient referrals by conducting daily field visits to doctors, clinicians, and hospital networks.
Promote core services, including Ultrasound Scan, Doppler, digital X-rays, blood teSt and health check-up packages.
Identify and pitch corporate health check-up packages to businesses, factories, and residential societies.
Organise medical camps, CME (Continuing Medical Education) events, and diagnostic awareness drives in targeted areas.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and feedback from doctors to share actionable insights with management.




Maintain detailed daily reporting logs of doctor visits and referral pipelines using CRM software or reporting sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate (B.Sc., B.B.A., or B.Com.). A degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or an M.B.A. in Marketing is a major plus.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales (MR), or diagnostic lab sales.
Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver’s license for daily field visits.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with medical specialists.
Fluent mainly in the Tamil language and English.

Pay: ₹14,202.43 - ₹22,466.71 per month
