The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in a leadership role. Solid negotiation and relationship management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and knowledge of procurement software and tools are also essential.
