About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to connect with customers, understand their requirements, generate business opportunities, and build solid client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages.
Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.




Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Explain company services and assist with client queries.
Maintain lead and customer records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Requirements

1–2 years of experience* in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valuable command of English and Hindi and regional languages*.
