Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases: concept design, design development, working drawings, approvals, and construction.
Develop and present design concepts, drawings to clients.
Architect coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
Architect review and approve design documentation, working drawings, and construction details.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
Architect conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical/design issues.
Mentor junior architects and draftsmen, providing design and technical guidance.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Architecture (B.Arch/D.Arch).




2+ years of experience in architecture, with proven project leadership.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, bye-laws, and approval processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
