We are looking for confident and target-driven candidates who have strong English communication skills and are interested in B2B sales and international business development.

Job Title: International Sales Executive
Location: Kolkata – Work From Office
Experience: 0–3 Years
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Shift: Night Shift
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US-based businesses and potential clients.
Identify business requirements and present suitable digital solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other sales channels.
Promote services such as Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PPC, and Online Branding.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.
Update lead and customer information in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
Prepare daily sales and revenue reports.

Required Skills




Excellent English communication skills are required.
Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and sales ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales conversations.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Experience

Candidates with experience in International Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Business Development, BPO, or International Voice Process are preferred.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a solid interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
