Job Overview

DoBetterHelp is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers/candidates, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and explain DoBetterHelp's services clearly.
Generate and qualify new sales leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Stay updated on company services, processes, and sales strategies.

Requirements




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome.
