Job Description – Solar Technician

Job Title: Solar Technician – Electrician / Welder / Fabricator

Roles & Responsibilities

Solar Electrician
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar electrical systems.
Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar installations.
Handle DC/AC wiring, electrical components, and solar equipment.
Ensure proper installation as per safety and technical standards.
Identify and resolve basic electrical faults at project sites.

Solar Structure Fabricator / Welder
Fabricate and assemble structures for solar panel installations.
Perform welding, cutting, drilling, and fitting of metal structures.
Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
Ensure proper alignment and strength of solar mounting structures.
Follow safety procedures during fabrication and installation work.

Qualification
ITI Electrician / Wireman
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
ITI Welder / Fabricator

Experience




Experienced candidates preferred.
Candidates with relevant solar, electrical, welding, or fabrication experience will be preferred.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of solar installation and electrical work.
Knowledge of electrical tools and equipment.
Basic understanding of welding, fabrication, and fitting work for relevant candidates.
Ability to work at project sites.
Valuable teamwork and coordination skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for technically skilled and hardworking candidates interested in the solar industry, with the ability to handle field-based installation, electrical, fabrication, and project work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
